We will be showing you a simple process of taking your own preferences & wisdom, and then quickly building a "Game Plan" that will act like a compass to get you showing up for your preferred method of eating, exercise, and equanimity with ease & intention.

After you've created your "Game Plan," the next step is to edit the story you’re telling yourself. The goal of this Consistency Quest is to convert initial motivation into persistent, natural, aligned action!

Now that you’re fueling your Game Plan with the most POWERFUL energy, it's essential that you quickly bring an essence of true belief and expectancy to your consistency and desired results.
