With the Treat Your Body Like A Business method, you come as you are. All the baggage. The hundreds of attempts at made-for-the-massess diet & fitness programs. The wits end of your wellness journey. You bring it all on Day 1, and we create from a fresh new canvas. Sounds refreshing, right?

Week 1

Post your Food, Focus, and Fitness plan for the week in the WhatsApp group (which you'll get an invite to when you sign up!). This is so you can get started right away, rather than learning the system and waiting to take action until after your plan is created.

Weeks 1 & 2

You'll be guided through the Treat Your Body Like a Business (#TYBLAB) framework for creating & rocking your personal wellness system. You'll get the workbook to complete in tandem.

Weeks 3-12

Each week, you'll post your plan for the week in the WhatsApp group. You'll share your progress, challenges, wins, struggles, and you'll be cheering on others the whole way as well.

Also, each week you'll be given a challenge so you're motivated to KEEP GOING. We'll also be having a monthly 30-minute group Zoom call to share our goals, progress, tweaks and next steps.

Week 13

This is our final evaluation. We'll review your original 90-day goals, your progress, and what new goals or updates you'd like to make for your next 90 days.
